The minerals dissolved in the hot spring water, such as calcium, magnesium, and sulfur, are believed to have health benefits for the skin, muscles, and overall well-being.

1. Mystic Hot Springs: Located near Monroe in central Utah, Mystic Hot Springs features natural soaking pools surrounded by beautiful scenery. Visitors can relax in the mineral-rich waters while taking in views of the surrounding red rock cliffs.
2. Homestead Crater: Situated in Midway, Utah, the Homestead Crater is a geothermal spring hidden within a limestone dome. Visitors can access the hot spring via a tunnel and enjoy swimming, snorkeling, or scuba diving in the crystal-clear waters.

Volunteer at the local Veterans Home by helping push veterans in their wheelchairs during their daily walk and assisting with Fitness Friday. It’s a chance to honor our heroes, get moving, and make meaningful connections. 🇺🇸❤️💪

Activity:

💪🔥How long can you hold the line? This strength showdown puts your muscles—and your mindset—to the test! Whether you're frozen in a wall sit or holding steady in a plank, you'll need focus, grit, and a whole lot of determination.

Step up, strike your pose, and see how long you can last. It’s you vs. the clock... and you’ve got this!

✅ Stop by and complete either a wall sit or a plank—hold it as long as you can!

Western Wanderer

Activity:

The Western Wanderer badge takes you behind the scenes to see how the magic happens—from making fresh orange juice to slicing pineapples, baking up goodies, and running the whole store. You’ll meet the team, learn the ropes, and maybe even snag a tasty sample or two along the way! 🛒🍍🥖
