Instructions for Players: Visit us after making at least 20 basketball shots! Whether it’s free throws, jump shots, or three-pointers, showcase your shooting skills and reach the 20-shot mark. Once you’ve hit the target, come by to claim your Buzzer Beater badge!

Activity:

When's the last time you've been on a real fishin' trip? Embark on an exciting fishing adventure and try your hand at catching a fish! Head to your local lake, river, or pond with your fishing gear, and see if you can reel in your very own catch of the day. Remember to follow all fishing regulations and practice catch-and-release if required. Be safe and happy fishing!

Activity: Join the mission to keep our community beautiful and litter-free! All participants must be at least 4 years or older and accompanied by a parent. Plan on the class lasting 30 minutes. Come dressed in something comfortable to workout in. We look forward to meeting you and making this a postive, fun experience for everyone!

Activity: To earn this badge you must embark on a thrilling adventure at Splash Summit by conquering the Free Fall slide! Strap in for a heart-pounding descent as you brave the speed and rush of the wind and water around you.

Gorilla Grip

Activity: Visit Nebo Crossfit to see how long you can "hang around" on the bar hang challenge. Hang the longest and get a prize!

Instructions for Players: Come to our gym to earn the Gorilla Grip Badge between these times: Monday-Friday 7am-11am or 4pm-7pm.  On Saturdays come between 7am-10am. Your badge will be awarded after your brave attempt to "hang around" the longest.

Activity: Express your gratitude and appreciation by writing a personal thank you note to a fireman or policeman. These service men and women sacrifice every day to keep us safe. They are real life heroes! Let our gratitude abound for who they are. 

Instructions for Players: Choose any of the above locations to visit and deliver your note of gratitude to earn your badge. If you visit the main street Spanish Fork Fire Station, please ring the door bell so they can hear you in the station. For Salem City Police and Fire Department you can drop off your thank you note at the Salem City Office and they will check if there is an officer or fireman available.

Activity: Dive into a world of natural wonder by visiting a natural hot spring!  Whether you're floating, splashing, or just soaking up the warmth, this activity is perfect for unwinding and connecting with nature. Don't forget to take a moment to appreciate the peaceful sounds and sights around you!

Instructions for Players:   There are 2 badges available at this location. Pickleballer and Hot Springs Hero.   Fun Fact: Natural hot springs are formed when groundwater is heated deep within the Earth's crust and rises to the surface. Once at the surface, natural hot springs provide a unique and rejuvenating experience, often sought after for their therapeutic and recreational benefits. They are often rich in minerals. The minerals dissolved in the hot spring water, such as calcium, magnesium, and sulfur, are believed to have health benefits for the skin, muscles, and overall well-being.   

Hot Springs in Utah

1. Mystic Hot Springs: Located near Monroe in central Utah, Mystic Hot Springs features natural soaking pools surrounded by beautiful scenery. Visitors can relax in the mineral-rich waters while taking in views of the surrounding red rock cliffs.
2. Homestead Crater: Situated in Midway, Utah, the Homestead Crater is a geothermal spring hidden within a limestone dome. Visitors can access the hot spring via a tunnel and enjoy swimming, snorkeling, or scuba diving in the crystal-clear waters.
3. Fifth Water Hot Springs (Diamond Fork Hot Springs): Nestled in Diamond Fork Canyon near Spanish Fork, Fifth Water Hot Springs is a series of terraced pools fed by a warm waterfall. The hike to the hot springs offers scenic views of the surrounding canyon and lush vegetation.
4. Crystal Hot Springs: Located in Honeyville, Utah, Crystal Hot Springs is one of the state's largest natural hot springs complexes. It features multiple soaking pools with varying temperatures, as well as water slides and other recreational facilities.
5. Diamond Hot Springs: Situated near the town of Eureka, Utah, Diamond Hot Springs offers a rustic and remote soaking experience. The hot springs are located on private property, and visitors must obtain permission to access them.
6. Meadow Hot Springs: Located near Meadow, Utah, Meadow Hot Springs consists of several natural pools of varying temperatures. The springs are surrounded by grassy meadows and offer a peaceful setting for soaking and relaxation.

Whether it's a hand delivered note, a chalk drawing on the sidewalk, or leaving a note on your neighbors car, your small acts of love create big waves. This badge honors your mission to spread joy, uplift hearts, and remind others they matter.

Instructions for Players: To earn your Kindness Crusader Badge, spread kindness by leaving a positive message somewhere in your neighborhood. These can be written, drawn, or crafted — just make sure they’re uplifting and visible to others!
Here are some ideas to get started:
Write kind notes and tape them to doors, mailboxes, or street posts
Leave chalk messages on sidewalks or driveways
Create mini posters with encouraging words and hang them on a community board
Put a sticky note with a compliment in a public place (like a bathroom mirror or park bench)

Trailblazer

Activity: Lace up your shoes and hit the trail! The Trailblazer badge is earned by exploring the great outdoors on a hike. Whether it’s a short nature walk or a challenging mountain trek, every step brings adventure, discovery, and a deeper appreciation for nature. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the sounds of the wild, and take in the beauty of the journey. Keep exploring—there’s always another trail to conquer!

Instructions for Players: To earn the Trailblazer badge, complete a hike on a nature trail, mountain path, or scenic route. Your hike can be short or long, but it must take you outdoors to explore and appreciate the natural world. For local favorite hikes check out the Grotto Trail, or hike the Escalante Cross Trail.
Come into our office, show us a picture of you on your hike, and receive a FRUIT BY THE FOOT for all those trails you've blazed!

Treat Tycoon

Activity: Cool off with a yummy treat. Not all badges are this easy and come with a reward... Enjoy!

Watch It Grow

Activity: Release your inner farmer and grow your own food! Come by our Spanish Fork IFA store and learn what it takes to plant and care for a seed. 

Instructions for Players: When you visit our location, there will be a planting station ready for you to use. Soil, container, instructions, and seeds provided. Once you complete the activity, you will be able to earn your badge and take home what you planted to watch it grow! Compliments of Spanish Fork IFA Country Store, "Helping to grow the things you love."

Water Wizard

Activity: Spend time in, near, or on the water. Whether you're swimming in a pool, floating on a tranquil lake, or paddleboarding along the coast, embrace the excitement and relaxation that come with exploring waterways. Ensure you wear proper flotation devices and ALWAYS have an adult present. Parent's like the water too!

Yoga Tales

Activity: Hey, Bookworms and Bendmasters! Have you ever tried doing a downward dog while reading about a curious cat? Or maybe a tree pose while exploring a magical forest? Get ready for some giggles and stretches as we combine two awesome activities: yoga and reading! With friends or on your own, read your favorite book while doing yoga stretches. Namaste and happy reading!
